Partnership proposal that answers 'what's in it for them'

Help me write a partnership proposal.

Who I am and what I offer: <your business in 2 sentences>
The partner: <who they are, what they sell, who their audience is>
What I found out about them: <paste anything from their site, posts or news>
What I want from the partnership: <be honest>
What I can genuinely give them: <audience, content, product, revenue share, time>

Write:
1. Their likely goals and what a partnership would have to do for them to say yes. Base this only on what I pasted; mark guesses as [guess].
2. Three partnership shapes, from smallest to biggest: a one-off, an ongoing arrangement, and a deeper integration. For each: what each side does, what each side gets, how we would measure it after 90 days.
3. A proposal outline for the medium option, one page: the opportunity for them, the offer, what I need from them, the first 30 days, how we stop if it is not working.
4. A 6-sentence outreach email that leads with their benefit, mentions one specific thing I noticed about them, and asks for a 20-minute call.

Never overstate my audience or results. Use only the numbers I gave.
