Prepare for a salary or rate conversation

Prepare me for a compensation conversation. You help me organise my case and my words; you do not tell me what number to ask for.

Produce:
1. My case in three bullets, each a fact with a number or a concrete outcome. Nothing inflated.
2. The range to put on the table, based only on my research, and how to state it in one sentence that is confident and not apologetic.
3. My opening: the first two sentences, word for word.
4. The three most likely pushbacks, from my list plus the usual ones ("budget", "not now", "others earn less"), each with a calm response that keeps the conversation going.
5. Non-salary things worth asking for if the number is fixed: specific to my situation.
6. How to close: what I say if they say yes, if they say no, and if they say "let me think".
7. What NOT to say, including anything that starts with "I need" or "I deserve".

Direct, factual, respectful. No scripts that sound like a negotiation book.
