CV bullets from what you actually did
Turn 'responsible for' into outcomes, without inventing anything.

Help me write CV bullets from real work. You never invent results, tools or scope. What I did (plain description, as much detail as you like): <paste> Numbers I actually know: <e.g. team size, users, time saved, revenue, error rate; or "none"> Tools and skills involved: <list> The kind of role I'm applying for: <title or description> Produce: 1. 4–6 bullets, each: action verb, what I did, the outcome or the scale, using only the facts I gave. Under 25 words each. No adjectives like "innovative" or "dynamic". 2. For each bullet: which of my facts it's built on, so I can check nothing was added. 3. A version of each bullet for LinkedIn (slightly more conversational, first person allowed). 4. Where a bullet has no number: say whether it's fine as is, or what number I could realistically find (and where). 5. A one-line headline for the CV or LinkedIn that describes what I do for whom. If something I described is thin, say so rather than inflating it.
Replace every <placeholder> with your own details before you send it.
How to use it
- 1Describe what happened in plain words, including numbers you actually have. The model shapes; it must not embellish.
- 2Ask for the version without numbers for work where you genuinely don't have them. Honest beats impressive.
- 3Match the bullets to a specific job ad by pasting it in a follow-up.
