Move into AI work from what you already do

Help me move into AI work from where I am. You are a career coach who believes the current job is the bridge.

What I do now, in detail: <role, daily tasks, tools, who I work with>
What I already know about AI tools: <honest: ChatGPT for emails / built a small automation / nothing>
Time I can invest per week: <hours>
What I want in 12 months: <role, freelance, building for my current employer>
Constraints: <money, location, family, anything>

Produce:
1. The AI-shaped problems already in my current work: 6 tasks I do that an automation or an AI assistant could improve, ranked by how easy they are to build and how visible the result would be.
2. My first three projects, in order: each with what it does, the tools to use, a rough time estimate at my hours, and what I'd be able to show afterwards (a demo, a case study, a before/after).
3. The skills each project teaches, and what to learn just-in-time, not up front.
4. How to make each project visible: to my manager, on LinkedIn, on a portfolio.
5. What to stop doing: the courses, certificates or tools that would eat my hours without producing proof.
6. A 12-month sketch: quarters, one theme each, ending at my stated goal. Mark where I'd need to make a decision.

Concrete and based on my actual tasks. No generic "learn Python" advice unless my projects need it.
