Proposal outline from your call notes
Their problem in their words, your plan, clear scope. Ready to price.
Right after a discovery call, while it's fresh.proposalsscopingdocuments
Turn my discovery call notes into a proposal outline. Notes from the call (raw is fine): <paste> What I'm proposing to do: <your plan in a few lines> My constraints: <availability, what I won't do, dependencies on the client> Write the outline: 1. Their situation, in their words: 4–6 sentences quoting the notes where possible. 2. What success looks like for them, as they described it. 3. What I'll deliver: numbered, concrete, each with what "done" means. 4. What's explicitly out of scope, and what I'll need from them (access, decisions, content), with dates. 5. How we'll work: cadence, communication, how changes are handled. 6. Timeline in phases, with what they see at the end of each. 7. Investment: leave the numbers blank as <price>, but structure it (e.g. fixed fee, milestones, monthly) and explain each structure's trade-off for THIS client in one line. 8. Two options: the plan above, and a smaller first step. 9. Next step and validity date. Do not invent details that were not in my notes. Mark assumptions as [assumption].
Replace every <placeholder> with your own details before you send it.
How to use it
- 1Paste raw notes. Messy is fine; the model structures them.
- 2The price is yours to set. The prompt leaves it blank on purpose.
- 3Send within 48 hours of the call. Speed is part of the impression.
