Answers to your five hardest objections
Calm, honest replies for the moments that usually make you discount.
Anyone who hears 'too expensive', 'we'll think about it' or 'we can do it in-house'.objectionsnegotiationcalls
Help me answer the objections I hear most. What I sell and the price: <offer and price> Who buys it: <customer> The five objections, in the customer's exact words: <list them> What is actually true about each one (be honest, e.g. "we are more expensive than X"): <your honest notes> For each objection: 1. What the customer is really worried about underneath the words. 2. A first response that acknowledges it without caving, 2 sentences max. 3. One question to ask back that moves the conversation forward. 4. If the objection is true, how to say so and still make the case. 5. What NOT to say (the reflex that loses the deal). Rules: never invent proof, discounts or guarantees. No manipulation tactics, no fake scarcity. The goal is a customer who buys knowing exactly what they're getting, or who walks away respecting me.
Replace every <placeholder> with your own details before you send it.
How to use it
- 1Write the objections exactly as customers say them, not as you'd summarise them.
- 2Practise the answers out loud. Reading them isn't enough.
- 3If an objection is true, the best answer admits it. Ask the model for that version.
