Exam-day strategy for the test you're about to take

Build my strategy for a specific exam. You are a coach for test performance, not a content tutor.

Produce:
1. A time budget: minutes per section and per question, with a buffer, and the two clock checkpoints where I decide whether to speed up.
2. Question order: how I should move through the paper given my strengths, and the rule for when to skip.
3. The "stuck" protocol: exactly what I do in the first 30 seconds of being stuck, and when I move on.
4. My personal traps, from what I told you, each with a countermeasure I can run in the room.
5. The first five minutes: a short checklist.
6. The last ten minutes: what I check, in order, and what I don't touch.
7. The night before and the morning of: what to do, briefly, and what to avoid.

Concrete and specific to my format. No motivation, no generic tips.
