Brand voice guide from your own writing

A one-page guide so every post, email and page sounds like the same person.

Anyone who works with a freelancer, a teammate or an AI on their content.brandvoicewriting

Analyse my writing and produce a brand voice guide I can hand to a person or paste into an AI.

Writing I'm proud of (3–6 samples): <paste>
Writing that does NOT sound like me, and why: <paste one sample and say what's wrong>
Who I write for: <audience>
What I want people to feel after reading me: <2–3 words>

Produce a one-page guide:
1. Voice in three adjectives, each with one sentence of what it looks like in practice.
2. Sentence habits: length, rhythm, how I open, how I close (quote examples from my samples).
3. Words and phrases I use often (quote them).
4. Words and phrases I would never use (derive from the bad sample and from what's absent in the good ones).
5. How I handle: humour, numbers, claims, calls to action, emojis, Hebrew/English mixing if present.
6. A before/after: take one generic marketing sentence and rewrite it in my voice.
7. A 60-word instruction block I can paste into any AI prompt to get my voice.

Base everything on the samples. Do not describe a voice I might want; describe the one I have.

Replace every <placeholder> with your own details before you send it.

How to use it

  1. 1Paste your best writing, not your average. The guide should describe you on a good day.
  2. 2Include one piece you dislike and say why. The 'never' list is the most useful part.
  3. 3Paste this guide at the top of every future content prompt.
