Instagram carousel that teaches one thing

Write an Instagram carousel script that teaches exactly one thing.

Format, 8–10 slides:
- Slide 1: a hook that names the reader's situation or a specific mistake. No clickbait, no "you won't believe". Max 12 words.
- Slide 2: why this matters, one concrete consequence.
- Slides 3–8: the idea in steps or parts. One point per slide, max 25 words each, plain language.
- Slide 9: a short example of it in action.
- Last slide: a recap in 3 lines and one action: save, share with someone specific, or reply with a word.

Also write: the caption (3–5 lines, first line strong, ends with a question), and 3 alternative slide-1 hooks.
No emojis unless my pasted post uses them. No hashtags in the script.
