AgeBridge Guided Project Reference build by AgeBridge

Weekly Operations Report

A scheduled report that pulls the same numbers every week into one defined table, describes what moved in plain language without guessing why, and lands in Slack and email before the Monday meeting.

AgeBridge built this as a worked example of the solution. No client results are claimed. Build your own version and it becomes proof on your profile.

Business problem

Every Monday someone copies numbers out of three systems into a message. It takes an hour, the definitions drift, and when that person is away the report simply does not arrive.

Solution

A scheduled report that pulls the same numbers every week into one defined table, describes what moved in plain language without guessing why, and lands in Slack and email before the Monday meeting.

What was built

  • •One metrics table with a written definition next to every number
  • •Week boundaries computed in Asia/Jerusalem, including daylight saving
  • •A summary that states movement and asks the team one question
  • •Delivery to Slack and email, with an eight week trend chart
  • •A history row for every run and an alert when one fails

Architecture / workflow

  1. 1Cron fires Monday 08:00 Asia/Jerusalem
  2. 2Each source is fetched for a fixed window and normalised into one table
  3. 3The same window is computed for the previous week in the same call
  4. 4The model writes a headline, four bullets and one question, with causes forbidden
  5. 5Slack and email go out, a history row is written, failures alert the owner

Results

No verified results shared. AgeBridge only displays real, builder-reported outcomes.

Evidence

  • Architecture notes · Metric definitions and the delivery scheduleHow data flows and why you designed it that way.

Proof

Proof score

10/100

Add demo video — 60 seconds showing the thing actually running. The single strongest proof.

Not reviewed yet. Evidence is shown exactly as the builder attached it.

Decisions and tradeoffs

  • •Definitions travel with the numbers, so the report cannot be argued with.
  • •The summary never explains why something moved. It asks instead.
  • •A failed run is announced, because a silent report reads as a quiet week.

What went wrong

Nothing notable was reported.

What I'd do next

Per-team versions of the same report, and targets next to last week.
