AgeBridge Guided Project Reference build by AgeBridge

Review Reply Assistant

An assistant that drafts a reply in the business's voice for every new review, in the language it was written in, and routes anything serious to an owner before it is published.

AgeBridge built this as a worked example of the solution. No client results are claimed. Build your own version and it becomes proof on your profile.

Business problem

Local businesses collect reviews faster than they answer them. Good reviews go unanswered for weeks, and the angry ones get a reply written in a hurry, in public, by whoever saw it first.

Solution

An assistant that drafts a reply in the business's voice for every new review, in the language it was written in, and routes anything serious to an owner before it is published.

What was built

  • •New reviews collected with their rating, language and text
  • •Drafts written to a house style: thank, address the specific point, offer a next step
  • •Complaints about safety, health or money routed to an owner, never auto-published
  • •A weekly digest of the themes behind the ratings
  • •Every reply published only after a human approves it

Architecture / workflow

  1. 1New review arrives and is stored with rating, language and text
  2. 2Severity is classified before anything is drafted
  3. 3The model drafts a reply in the business's voice and the review's language
  4. 4Serious cases go to an owner with the review attached
  5. 5Approved replies are published and logged

Results

No verified results shared. AgeBridge only displays real, builder-reported outcomes.

Evidence

  • Architecture notes · Severity routing and the approval stepHow data flows and why you designed it that way.

Proof

Proof score

10/100

Add demo video — 60 seconds showing the thing actually running. The single strongest proof.

Not reviewed yet. Evidence is shown exactly as the builder attached it.

Decisions and tradeoffs

  • •Nothing is published without a human. A public reply is a public commitment.
  • •The draft never disputes facts. It acknowledges and moves the conversation off the platform.
  • •Hebrew reviews get Hebrew replies, written natively rather than translated.

What went wrong

Nothing notable was reported.

What I'd do next

Connecting the weekly themes to the operational fixes that actually change ratings.
